What will you do? - Identify opportunities to grow a business, whether through partnerships or new initiatives. - Develop and implement commercial strategies to meet company goals and objectives. - Asses risks and make recommendations based on a thorough analysis of all factors involved in a business situation. - Build commercial model, scheme and its arrangement. - Build and maintain relationships with partners.
What you need to have? - Have an experience of commercial manager, business development manager at least 2-3 years in supply chain, logistic industry. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects to set a clear timeline and prioritise. - Outstanding numeracy & analytical skills. - Ability to build partnership model & do negotiation. - Self starter & independent individual. - Attention to details/data oriented/structural thinking. - Ability to focus on the core problem and able to generate solutions (problem solver). - Ability to identify issues and/or areas for improvement through analysis.
